Mindset coaching is a set of tools and techniques to optimise one’s life. Both at professional and private levels, the right mindset tools allow you to achieve your objectives, manage stress, improve wellness, and boost happiness. 

As a mindset coach, I help my clients define and achieve their goals. Combining insights from organisational psychology and my decade of experience in academia, I provide tailor-made tools for success and advise them throughout their growth journey. 

I specialise in advising individuals pursuing ambitious careers while also living a purposeful life that can bring them authentic happiness. I optimise performances while creating a balance with mental and physical health, spirituality, and playfulness. 

I encourage my clients to expand their horizons on a global scale, whether they pursue an international academic track, conduct business across borders, or wish to become digital nomads.

Before delving into the tools and advice that will help you shift your mindset for best version of yourself, it is crucial to define clear goals. I use a step-by-step method involving creative brainstorming, vision boards, neuro-manifestation, and tools adapted to your needs.

Using my knowledge and experience from academia, I develop custom-made models and frameworks to operationalise your goals into concrete projects and tasks. This allows to deconstruct big objectives into manageable action which you can take daily.

Rather than establishing a never-ending to-do list, my approach is centred on the creation of systems which will hold you accountable and set you on a path to success. You can choose the style and frequency of those reminders to fit the life you seek to achieve.

How to book my coaching services?

Every journey with my clients is unique. I tailor my methods and approach based on individual needs and wishes.

If you want to work together, please first book a free consultation so that we can discuss your objectives. Afterwards, I will provide payment links to book any of the services listed above. Depending on your goals, I will recommend different packages. You can always book session by session, if you prefer.

Most of my coaching services take place digitally, via videocalls. I use Google Meet and provide the link for our calls once the first booking is made. Whenever possible, I meet my clients in person.

My personal experience

Having recovered from physical and psychological traumas has taught me invaluable lessons about happiness and resilience. My professional expertise builds on a decade of inter-disciplinary studies, consulting, entrepreneurship, and a fascination for cognitive and organisational psychology. 

I hold a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from the University of Oxford and have cumulatively worked 7+ years of experience as a consultant in public diplomacy, strategic communication, and global peace and security. I am a strong mental health advocate and have been appointed as Wellbeing Representative at my faculty. As a social entrepreneur, I work with diverse communities and individuals to develop innovative ideas through creative processes involving arts, music, and games. 

I love sharing my passion with others and helping whoever I can along the way to achieve their dreams.

Hi! I’m Sophie

I was born in Belgium, educated in Europe, and now exploring the world with the objective to better understand how we can make it a better place.

I currently work as a doctoral researcher (PhD candidate) in The Hague. I hold a Masters degree (MPhil) from the University of Oxford and have 7+ years of experience as a consultant in public diplomacy, strategic communication, and global peace and security.

I have surpassed physical trauma after a serious accident left me in a wheelchair for several months and psychological trauma growing up in a violent household. I learned to embrace challenges and keep a positive mindset rooted in life-long learning. There’s always a valuable lesson to take.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and self-care.
